Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge of interior works, be capable of coordinating with vendors and labor teams, and maintain accurate site documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise daily site operations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Possess basic knowledge of interior fit-out works, including ceiling heights, measurements, and finishing activities.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and other project-related documentation.
- Track material requirements and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, supervisors, and labor teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation in Excel.
- Ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.




- Assist in resolving on-site issues by coordinating with the project team.
- Support the Project Manager in overall site execution and reporting.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in site coordination, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
- Basic technical understanding of interior execution and site measurements.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

Working Schedule

- 4 weekly offs per month, scheduled as per business and site requirements. Weekly offs are rotational and may not necessarily fall on Sundays.
