Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.

- Read, interpret, and execute work as per architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.

- Verify site measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and safety compliance.

- Resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.

- Coordinate material requirements and site resources for uninterrupted work execution.
