- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and the project team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
- Verify measurements and monitor material usage at the site.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with the design team when required.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and company policies.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in civil construction or with a Project Management Consultant (PMC).
- Valuable knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
