Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented City Manager to lead and manage the academy's operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, revenue growth, operational excellence, coach development, and community partnerships while ensuring the highest quality of coaching and customer experience.

Candidates with prior experience in the sports industry, sports management, academies, or related fields will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve city-level targets for admissions, sales, and revenue growth.
- Track and analyze admissions, conversion rates, revenue, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the quality of coaching sessions, ensuring activities are customized to meet each child's individual abilities and developmental needs.
- Plan and execute sports events, competitions, workshops, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate coaches to maintain high coaching standards and support career development.
- Ensure proper maintenance of sports equipment, training resources, and facilities while maintaining a safe environment for children.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, corporate organizations, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders.




- Identify opportunities for city expansion through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Work closely with the Sales, HR, Operations, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution of academy activities.
- Manage both office operations and scheduled at-home coaching sessions efficiently.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports covering performance, achievements, operational challenges, and growth recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and quality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Physical Education, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the sports industry, sports academies, fitness organizations, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, team management, business development, or a leadership role.
- Experience in managing teams and handling customer relationships is an added advantage.
