FABDIZ is looking for a commercially sharp leader who can take ownership of the Kolkata Residential Interiors business and help build the next phase of our growth.
This is not a role where you simply inherit a target.
You will be expected to build the team, strengthen the sales engine, improve conversion, increase project value, influence commercial decisions and ultimately own the number. YOUR MANDATE
You will lead the Kolkata residential interiors business across:

- Own monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build a predictable sales pipeline
- Improve lead-to-closure conversion
- Increase Average Order Value and project profitability
- Identify revenue leakages and corrective actions
- Develop new acquisition and growth channels
You don't need to be the best designer in the room.
You need to understand the business behind the design.
Build Kolkata
Kolkata is not a maintenance market for FABDIZ.

You will identify opportunities across:
- Premium residential communities
- New residential developments
- Referral networks
- Channel partnerships
- Strategic customer segments
- Local business relationships

Your designation matters less than the scale of business you have actually handled.
You could currently be a:
City Sales Head | Business Head | Branch Head | Sales Head | Regional Sales Manager | General Manager - Sales | Senior Sales Manager
What matters is whether you have demonstrated:

Relevant Experience
Typically 7+ years in one or more of:
- Residential Interior Sales
- Modular Interiors
- Home Interiors
- Turnkey Interiors
- Home Improvement
- Luxury Home Solutions
- Premium Real Estate Sales
- High-Value Consultative Sales
Experience with organised residential interior businesses will be strongly preferred.
Experience managing Sales Managers, Interior Designers, Design Consultants or Sales Designers will be an advantage. YOUR NUMBERS WILL MATTER
