Location: Nigeria A reputable manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to also serve as the Facility Coordinator for its manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee civil and construction projects within the factory and staff housing
- Manage contractors, vendors, and technical teams
- Supervise plant infrastructure maintenance and facility improvements
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensure proper reporting, accountability, and follow-up on facility-related works
- Monitor utilities, repairs, structural maintenance, and overall plant upkeep
- Coordinate all facility operations and ensure smooth day-to-day infrastructure management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Robust hands-on experience in manufacturing or large industrial facilities
- Proven ability to manage construction projects, contractors, and maintenance teams
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹479,850.49 - ₹2,126,162.63 per year
