We're looking for a Cinematographer who can lead a shoot from start to finish, corporate shoots, documentaries, event coverage, campaign content, etc. You'll be responsible for how things look on camera: lighting, framing, movement, and working with the crew to get it right on the day. This isn't an assisting role.

We need someone who's already led shoots and is comfortable being in charge on set. You’ll work across a variety of projects, from branded content and social media shoots to corporate campaigns and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the camera and lighting setup on corporate shoots, documentaries, and brand content

Plan shots and lighting based on the creative brief

Work with directors/producers to figure out how a concept should look on screen





Manage the crew on set (camera assistants and others etc.)

Check locations beforehand for lighting and logistics

Operate camera, lighting, and grip equipment

Hand off footage to the post-production team in a way that works for editing and color

Coordinate with the post-production team to ensure smooth delivery and handoff of footage Requirements:

2-3 years of professional videography experience (agency, production house, or freelance)

Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras; knowledge of cinema cameras Has led shoots independently, not just supported someone else

Good understanding of lighting setups - natural light, LED panels, softboxes

Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications

Strong eye for composition, framing, and visual storytelling

Comfortable working on fast-paced shoots with quick turnarounds

Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Own equipment is a plus, but not mandatory Mode: In office
