About the Role

As the COO and P&L; Head of the unit, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, superior patient outcomes, and financial performance. You will work closely with clinicians and cross-functional leaders to build a high-performing, future-ready healthcare institution.

- End-to-end hospital operations with complete P&L; responsibility

Who We're Looking For

** 18+ years of experience in healthcare management within multi-specialty or super-specialty hospitals

- Proven experience in leading hospital operations with P&L; accountability
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills
- Expertise in quality systems, patient safety, and healthcare compliance
- Outstanding stakeholder management and people leadership capabilities
