Role :

As a Chief Manager (Training Centre), the incumbent needs to manage the training centre to facilitate employee training and development programs including functional and behavioral training.

Responsibilities :

1. Identify training and development needs with an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consulation with the head.
2. Develop and implement processes and tools ( Training needs analysis, Training Calendars) to improve the functional skills and effectiveness of all employees.
3. Ensure availability of all required infrastructure at the training centre for specific training programs.
4. Prepare training effectiveness reports by monitoring training programmes attended by each individual, mapping development needs of individuals to programmes attended.
5. Responsible for management of the Apprentice and manage legal compliance related to Apprentice Act.

Personal Skills :

1. Well versed in Commercial laws as well as knowledge of Company law procedures.
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
4. Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
5. Attention to detail and a well organized approach to work.
6. Capability to work with numerical information,



plus analytical and problem solving skills.
7. A diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members.
8. Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information, managerial skills and team working skills.
9. A sound grasp of corporate governance issues and a commercial frame of mind.

Preferred candidate profile Exposure in IT Skills is essential and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.

1. Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy.
2. Candidate should be conversant to HRMS, ERP modules, preferably SAP system.
3. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate for the selection process.
4. Management reserves the right to cancel / restrict / enlarge / modify / alter the recruitment / selection process without assigning any reason thereafter.
5. The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any eligibility standards / criteria test as the case may be, to the selection process.

Remuneration : The selected candidate will be taken on Companys Regular Grade GREO-04 and the existing CTC of Grade GREO-04 is Approx. Rs. 26.11 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July 2026.
