Role & responsibilities
Lead
- Material development and selection
- Material qualification
- Process optimization for implantable medical devices
- Metallurgical support from concept through commercialization
Work with materials such as:
- Nitinol (NiTi)
- Titanium (Ti)
- Cobalt Chromium (CoCr)
- Stainless Steel (SS)
- Molybdenum-Rhenium (Mo-Re) / Refractory Alloys
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify implant-grade alloys
- Optimize manufacturing processes and material performance
- Support recent product development and commercialization
- Drive innovation in implant technologies
- Collaborate with suppliers, engineering teams, and technology partners
- Ensure regulatory and global quality compliance

- Experience in medical devices, implants, specialty metals, or advanced alloy development is highly desirable.
