Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full time, on-site role based in Erode, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Ueir Organic Foods. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting, monitor cash flow, and ensure accurate, timely preparation of financial statements and reports.

This role includes developing financial strategies that support growth, managing risk, overseeing compliance with relevant regulations, and optimizing capital allocation. The CFO will collaborate with senior leadership to guide business decisions, analyze performance metrics,



and present financial insights to stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities also include leading the finance team, improving financial systems and processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across sourcing, operations, and expansion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and provide actionable business insights.
- Professional experience in corporate finance, preferably in FMCG, food, or agriculture sectors.
- Proficiency with financial ERPs, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance teams and partnering with executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
