Officer (CFO) – Venue Development Division Role Objective Lead financial strategy, capital structuring, project finance, investor relations, governance, and financial performance for the venue development business.

Financial

Strategy & Planning • Develop long-term financial models for venue projects.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. 2.

Project

Finance & Fundraising • Secure debt, equity, and structured finance for venue development.

- Engage banks, PE funds, family offices, sovereign funds, and strategic investors.
- Lead fundraising and capital deployment strategies.
- Commercial & Investment Analysis • Evaluate venue investment opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI assessments.




- Monitor project economics and profitability. 4.

Financial

Governance & Compliance • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, taxation, and accounting standards.
