We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function of a fast-growing automobile organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving profitability, managing financial risks, and supporting business growth through sound financial leadership.

The CFO will work closely with the Managing Director, CEO, and senior leadership team to provide financial insights, strengthen governance, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, audit, and corporate governance requirements.
- Monitor working capital, inventory, and capital expenditure for optimal financial performance.
- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Support fundraising,



banking relationships, investments, and M&A; activities.
- Establish robust internal controls and enterprise risk management practices.
- Present financial reports and business insights to the Board and senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified CA / CPA / CMA with MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 1520 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance role.
- Mandatory experience in the Automobile, Automotive Manufacturing, Auto Components, Commercial Vehicles, Passenger Vehicles, or EV industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation, GST, Companies Act, audits, and financial compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
