Protein Bowl is an upcoming healthy cloud kitchen based in Thiruvananthapuram, dedicated to serving fresh, nutritious, and balanced meals with a focus on high-quality protein and wholesome ingredients. As we prepare for our launch, we are looking for passionate culinary professionals to become part of our founding team. This is an prospect to grow with the brand, contribute innovative ideas, and help establish a kitchen culture built on quality, consistency, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

Open Positions

- Chef (1 Position)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in restaurants, hotels, cafés, cloud kitchens, or healthy food concepts.

Qualification

· Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Food Production (preferred).

· Strong knowledge of healthy cooking, menu planning, portion control, and food safety standards.

Assistant

Chef (1 Position)

Experience:



Minimum 2 years in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or cloud kitchens.

Qualification

· Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Food Production, or a related field (preferred).

· Basic knowledge of food preparation, healthy cooking techniques, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
