Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to engage with website visitors and potential clients through live chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer requirements, and experience handling inquiries related to IT services such as software development, web development, mobile applications, and SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and provide information about our IT services.
- Qualify leads and share potential opportunities with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via chat, email, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
Key Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Chat Support, Customer Support, or Lead Generation within the IT services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of Software Development, Web Development, Mobile Applications, SaaS, and IT Services.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
