Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee the complete financial operations of a business group managing multiple automobile showrooms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, MIS reporting, and providing strategic financial support to the business owner.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting operations across multiple automobile showrooms.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle internal and statutory audits, tax audits, and assessments.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Review inventory valuation, vehicle stock reconciliation, and dealership financial reports.
- Analyze profitability of individual showrooms and provide business insights to management.
- Supervise accounting teams and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports for the owner.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.




- Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and forecasting.

Required Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and auditing.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software (Tally Prime, SAP, or similar).
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage financial operations for multiple business locations simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in the automobile dealership industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of dealer management systems (DMS) will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling multi-branch accounting and inventory control.
