Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, taxation, and strategic financial planning. The role requires hands-on leadership in managing finance operations, audits, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination, preferably within a real estate / construction / infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and finalization of books
- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits; act as the primary liaison with auditors
- Oversee direct & indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, assessments, filings)
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports
- Ensure statutory compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other applicable regulations
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions, cost optimization, and profitability




- Handle cash flow management, fund planning, and working capital control
- Support management with financial strategy, risk assessment, and controls
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounts team members

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong command over financial statements, taxation, and compliance
- Excellent knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory regulations
- Experience in budgeting, MIS, variance analysis, and financial controls
- Proficiency in ERP / accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Robust analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Construction / Infrastructure projects
- Exposure to project accounting and cost control
- Head office or corporate finance exposure
