Key Responsibilities / Duties

- He should be responsible for preparation and closing of accounts for investment companies.

- To handle the entire financial operations and compliance of the company and having an

overview of the invest companies.

- Reconciling the various income segments

- Responsible for restructuring, merger & de-merger of the investment companies.

- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.to the management.

- Any other financial services support

- Legal support in NCLT Matter

Qualification CA is must.

Age: 55 to 60 years.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
