We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our firm and handle accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, MIS, and advisory-related assignments for multiple clients.

The candidate should have practical exposure to accounts finalisation, GST, TDS, income tax, audit, and client coordination. Hands-on experience in Tally Prime, Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting Software, and MS Excel will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

· Preparing and reviewing all kinds of JV & making accounting entries in Tally and Zoho Accounting Software.

· Preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, fund flow statements, and other financial reports for client review and decision-making.

· Preparing and reviewing GST reconciliations and ensuring timely filing of monthly GST returns.

· Leading and handling internal audit assignments, reviewing controls, identifying gaps, and preparing audit observations.

· Preparing and review of TDS data its payments and its monthly filing

· Finalising books of accounts and preparing financial statements .

· Preparing and reviewing income tax returns, tax audit reports, computation of income, and related workings.

· Ensuring tax compliance and regulatory adherence

· Preparing the MIS Reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statements and other financial reports for tracking the financial performance.

· Executing/Supervising Bank payments to vendors and statutory payments.

· Coordinating with multiple clients for data, queries, compliance requirements, and assignment completion.





· Assistance in preparation of response on income tax & GST notices/audits/scrutiny

· Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

· Analyzing financial data for decision-making

· Assisting in ROC, RBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory compliance assignments.

· Handling any other accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, advisory, or ad hoc work assigned by the firm.

Candidate Qualifications

· CA Fresher or CA with 2-3 years of experience post qualification

· Good understanding of Income Tax, Audit and GST laws

· Tally accounting Software experience is must

· MIS, Analytics, Excel Skills

· Valuable Communication skills

· Must have Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP and Pivot table)

The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with practical exposure to accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, and client handling. The candidate should be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, technically sound, and capable of independently managing assignments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charni Road, Mumbai.
