Chillerton Group Limited is an international mining company focused on copper exploration and production in Zambia. The group operates across multiple jurisdictions and manages mining, trading, and investment activities through a centralized backend office in Mumbai that oversees finance, compliance, and operational reporting.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high calibre Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Mumbai office and take responsibility for financial management, reporting, and oversight of the group’s international operations. The role requires strong technical accounting skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multi jurisdictional financial operations. The candidate will work closely with senior management and support financial operations across the group’s mining and related businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee preparation and consolidation of financial statements across group entities.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Monitor financial performance and provide analytical insights to management.
- Develop and maintain strong financial controls and internal processes.




- Supervise accounting operations for international group companies, particularly in Zambia.
- Coordinate with local finance teams and external accountants in different jurisdictions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide variance analysis and financial modelling to support management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory filings, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants.
- Monitor group cash flow and manage treasury and banking relationships.
- Improve financial processes, reporting structures, and accounting systems.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
- 5–10 years of post qualification experience, preferably with exposure to international businesses.
- Robust knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
- Experience handling multi entity or international group accounting is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high responsibility role.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Compensation Salary: As per industry standard (depending on experience and profile).

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday – Friday - 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM

Saturday - 12:00 PM - 04:00 PM (Work from Home)
