Role & responsibilities

- Overseeing financial operations for both real estate and education businesses
- Managing and supervising Account Officers and reviewing their work regularly
- Ensuring timely preparation and finalization of financial statements and MIS reports
- Budget planning, forecasting, monitoring, and budgetary control across business units
- Establishing financial controls and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Monitoring cash flow, fund management, and banking operations
- Handling TDS, Income Tax, and other financial compliances
- Conducting financial analysis and providing strategic financial inputs to management
- Reviewing expense management and implementing cost-control measures
- Ensuring proper accounting systems, documentation, and record maintenance
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and financial regulations across all units

Preferred candidate profile Job Location- East of Kailash

10 - 15 yrs experience required

Qualification- CA mandatory.
