About 4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd.

4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. is one of South India's leading sports infrastructure companies, specializing in synthetic athletic tracks, sports flooring, artificial turf, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and turnkey sports infrastructure projects. We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting across multiple business locations.

Role Summary The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing the organization's overall finance and accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining financial discipline, optimizing cash flow, supporting business decisions through financial analysis, and strengthening internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations across all branches.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts as per statutory and accounting standards.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct budget monitoring and variance analysis.
- Generate branch-wise and project-wise profitability reports.
- Support management with financial planning and cost optimization initiatives.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Review and file all statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Handle tax assessments,



departmental notices, and statutory audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.

Audit & Internal Controls
- Lead statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits.
- Develop and implement financial policies, SOPs, and internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable regulations.
- Resolve audit observations and implement corrective actions.

Project Finance & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets, costing, and profitability.
- Review project expenses, revenue recognition, and financial performance.
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives and improve financial efficiency.
- Track project-wise financial health and profitability.

Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
- Review ageing reports and improve collection efficiency.
- Approve vendor payments and manage payable cycles.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.

Treasury & Banking
- Manage banking relationships and fund requirements.
- Handle working capital, loan documentation, and banking transactions.
- Review bank reconciliations and cash management processes.

MIS & Business Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards.
- Present financial performance reports to Directors.
- Generate branch-wise, department-wise, and project-wise financial analysis.




- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
- Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Branch Managers.
- Drive process improvements, financial discipline, and operational efficiency.
- Establish KPIs and monitor team performance.

Qualification
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- Active membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Additional certifications in IFRS, Financial Management, GST, or Risk Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 510 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, or Project-based organizations is preferred.
- Experience handling finance operations across multiple branches is highly desirable.
