Location: Maharashtra (Upcountry Markets – Nashik, Amravati, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli, Solapur, Ahmednagar, etc.)

Role Purpose The Channel Sourcing Manager – Upcountry Maharashtra will be responsible for building and managing sourcing channels across non-metro Maharashtra markets for Propxlreight’s Khopoli Plotting Project.

The role focuses on engaging regional brokers and investor connectors and converting upcountry capital into structured real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop relationships with regional brokers, intermediaries, and investor-facing agents.

● Actively engage investor communities in upcountry Maharashtra cities and towns.

● Position the project as a secure land investment opportunity.

● Coordinate investor meetings, site visits, and deal discussions.

● Act as the primary liaison between regional channel partners and Propxlreight.





● Track regional market sentiment and provide qualitative feedback to leadership.

Candidate Profile

Experience

● 4 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales, land sales, or investment products.

● Prior experience working in upcountry Maharashtra markets such as Nashik, Amravati, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, or similar regions.

● Existing broker or investor relationships in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities preferred.

Skills & Competencies

● Robust relationship-building and persuasion skills.

● Ability to communicate investment-focused real estate propositions.

● Good understanding of regional buyer behaviour and decision cycles.

● Comfortable with extensive travel and independent working.

Working Style

● Predominantly field-based role with frequent inter-city travel.

● Requires flexibility based on regional investor availability.
