Job Title Senior Sales Engineer/Asst Manager Department Sales Reports to Head Channel Management Job Location Vadodara No. of Reportee/s N/A Compensation Budget Around 12 LPA 2.

- A high-performing Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

(Key Accountabilities) Handling Channel Customers in major cities in Gujarat from Vadodara like Vadodara/Ahmedabad etc.,

- Establishing and expanding customer bases in the region
- Developing relationship and valuable contacts with top panel builder, OEM, EPC Contractors, Electrical Consultants, DCS Customer, End User & OEM.




- Adequate Knowledge of various industrial Electrical Product & Interface product, selection of Product as per customer requirement.
- Planning and conducting sales & marketing promotional activities on regular basis (Product seminar, End user training program, Webinars, Exhibition etc)
- Creating brand pull and preference in market in collaboration with marketing team
- Responsible for identifying & developing sales opportunities by structured engagement & coordinating within a team for conversion.
- Transferring leads to channel Partner and support in closure to channel partner & marketing initiatives with partners. Planned (regular) visit to targetted Panel Builder, Electrical Consultant, Project & OEM customer. 3. Job Specification Experience / Relevant industries
- Around 6 -8 years of total experience of which at least 2 years of relevant experience  Electrical Switchgear, System House, Services & Application, Project, Education BE Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Field of Study Knowledge on Electrical/Instrumentation Added Advantage Field of Study Any Language(s) Required English Ability Level 2 - Business Fluent Required Hindi Ability Level 2 - Business Fluent Required Gujarati Ability Level 2 - Business Fluent
