Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.

- Build robust relationships with key decision-makers at bank branches, identifying opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI sales landscape.

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance sales, or insurance sales.

- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
