The Role: Certified Early Years Childcare Specialist across India and globally
As a BorderPlus-certified specialist, you will deliver professional in-home care for children aged 0 to 5 years across verified, premium households supporting daily routines, health, developmental well-being, and early learning, with continuous BorderPlus support throughout your career.

40,000 to 80,000 / month
Starting Salary (4.8 to 9.6 LPA based on qualification & experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide attentive, professional care for newborns, infants, and young children aged 0 to 5 years in a residential home environment.
- Manage all aspects of daily child care, including feeding, bathing, dressing up, personal care, sleep routines, hygiene, and overall well-being.
- Foster early developmental learning through age-appropriate engagement, stimulation, and structured educational interaction.
- Apply clinical nursing expertise to uphold rigorous standards of child health, hygiene, safety, and infection prevention.
- Cultivate a trusted, professional relationship with each family, exercising discretion, cultural sensitivity, and exemplary conduct at all times.
International Career Pathway Dubai & Beyond Top performers become eligible for international childcare placements in Dubai after a defined period of India-based professional experience, earning 80,000 to 1,50,000 per month (fully tax-free), a transformational career progression.
TRAINING PROGRAMME 1 TO 3 MONTHS, PUNE
Selected candidates are enrolled in a training programme at our Pune centre. Duration is calibrated to qualification level and prior clinical experience.
Next batch commences August 2026.
Programme Details
Training stipend: 12,000 per month (food & accommodation support)
Professional certification awarded upon successful completion
SELECTION CRITERIA
We are looking for candidates who combine clinical nursing knowledge with the temperament, professional discretion, and interpersonal warmth required to excel in a premium home environment.
Essential
Female candidates ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing graduates
Freshers and experienced nurses equally welcome
Conversational English; strong interpersonal communication
Warm, patient, responsible, and passionate about young children
Willing to attend training in Pune (1 to 3 months)
Preferred
Prior experience in Paediatrics, NICU, PICU, or Maternity nursing
Background in childcare, nannying, or early education settings
Comfort with live-in arrangements across India
Demonstrated reliability and discretion in prior roles
