Position: Certified High Voltage Diagnostic Engineer

Department: EV & Hybrid Laboratory

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 5–10 years (Luxury EV/Hybrid vehicles)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering with OEM EV/Hybrid Certification.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair high-voltage EV and hybrid systems.
- Perform root cause analysis of battery, inverter, motor, BMS, charging, and thermal management systems.
- Conduct ECU programming, vehicle coding, software updates, and ADAS diagnostics.
- Use OEM diagnostic tools and prepare technical reports.
- Guide technicians and ensure repairs meet OEM standards.

Required Skills
- Expertise in High Voltage Systems, Battery Management, CAN, DoIP, ECU Programming, ADAS, and Electrical Diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with OEM diagnostic tools such as Mercedes XENTRY, BMW ISTA, Audi ODIS, Porsche PIWIS, Bosch KTS, Autel, Launch, and PicoScope.
