Centre Head – Preschool/Early Learning CentrePosition Overview The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management of the preschool, ensuring excellence in academics, operations, staff management, parent engagement, and admissions. The role requires a passionate leader who can create a safe, positive, and stimulating setting for children while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the centre.

- Ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum and learning programmes.

- Recruit, guide, and support teachers and administrative staff.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment.

- Build strong relationships with parents and address their concerns promptly.

- Manage admissions, enrolment targets, and parent enquiries.

- Organise school events, meetings, and activities.





- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Monitor the centre's performance and work towards continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in education, management, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in education, with previous leadership experience preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
