Mahara Schools is looking for an experienced, passionate, and visionary Centre Head / Principal to lead our Pre-Primary and Primary school with excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving academic quality, managing day-to-day school operations, mentoring teachers, ensuring exceptional parent engagement, and creating a safe, joyful, and child-centred learning environment. The successful candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of up-to-date education practices aligned with NEP 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF). Requirements:

* Master's Degree in any discipline (M.Ed. preferred)

- B.Ed.

- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd/NTT/Montessori) preferred




- Minimum *5 years of teaching experience, including **2+ years in a leadership role*
- Experience managing Pre-Primary and Primary school operations
- Strong understanding of NEP 2020, NCF, and child-centred learning methodologies

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and team management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and school administration systems
