Role Overview The Centre Manager is responsible for end-to-end performance of the centre, including sales growth, profitability, customer experience, process compliance, and people development. The role ensures achievement of business targets while maintaining high operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales performance by achieving targets for glass sales, ancillary sales (wiper, vacuuming, detailing, battery), and increasing the number of business tie-ups with insurance, corporate, and fleet partners.
- Ensure centre and cluster profitability (EBITDA) by managing costs within budget and optimising resource utilisation.
- Manage receivables and collections by ensuring timely payment from insurance companies, end customers, and corporate/fleet clients.
- Deliver superior customer experience by maintaining NPS above 85 and ensuring customer complaints are resolved within defined TAT.
- Ensure process compliance through timely insurance document submission, adherence to SOPs, and achieving target centre audit scores.
- Execute local marketing and business development activities in the catchment area and regularly visit insurance,



fleet, and corporate customers.
- Lead and develop the centre team through regular training on soft skills, service quality, and new company initiatives.
- Prepare and submit accurate MIS and reports, including sales performance, gap analysis, and operational reviews, within defined timelines.
- Track and report market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and best practices, and sharing actionable feedback with leadership
- Good to have strong team handling capability to manage centre staff effectively, ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM, IT Knowledge.
- Stocks Management and Supply chain understanding.
- MS Excel for trackers & reporting.
