Position: Joint Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial professional from the Study Abroad industry to join Indo European as a Joint Business Partner .
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in student counseling, admissions, business development, and center management who aspire to build and grow a successful business with the backing of a well-established organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled counseling to students regarding international education opportunities.
- Guide students through the admission and application process.
- Drive student enrollments and achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the center.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and institutional partners.
- Lead day-to-day business operations while ensuring operational excellence.
- Deliver an exceptional student experience throughout the admission journey.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive organizational growth.
Partnership Model This is a Business Partnership opportunity , not a conventional employment role.

The Joint Business Partner will primarily focus on:
- Student counseling
- Admissions and conversions
- Business development
- Revenue generation
- Relationship management
Profit Sharing Model
- No financial investment is required from the Joint Business Partner.
- All operational and infrastructure expenses will be borne by the company.
- After deducting operational expenses, 40% of the net profit generated by the center/business will be shared with the Joint Business Partner.
- Profit sharing will be settled on a monthly basis with complete transparency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
- Strong expertise in student counseling, admissions, and sales conversions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term business vision.
- Strong leadership and operational management capabilities.
