Job Title: Centre Manager
Location: Noida/ Bangalore and Pune | Experience: 4-8 Years
Role Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end management of the center including P&L;, revenue, operations, training quality, and placements. Lead and develop the center team to achieve business and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own center P&L; and profitability
- Drive mobilization, training & placement targets
- Manage daily operations and infrastructure
- Lead, train, and engage center team
- Build tie-ups with schools, colleges, and partners
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 4+ years in sales & center/branch management
- Experience managing a profit center
- Robust leadership, financial & communication skills
