CCTV Technician Installation & Service Engineer

About the Role E Secure Zone is looking for skilled and motivated CCTV Technicians to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and electronic security systems across Delhi NCR.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Install and commission IP & Analog CCTV Camera systems.
- Configure DVRs, NVRs, IP Cameras, and PoE Switches.
- Perform Cat6 cable laying, termination, testing, and cable management.
- Install and troubleshoot Access Control Systems, Biometric Attendance Systems, Video Door Phones, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address Systems, and EPABX.
- Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and computers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Attend service calls, preventive maintenance visits, and AMC sites.
- Prepare installation reports and service reports after every visit.
- Coordinate with customers and ensure timely project completion.
- Follow company quality and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements




- 1–5 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, or similar brands.
- Knowledge of IP Networking, TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, and PoE.
- Experience in Cat6 cabling, RJ45 crimping, and structured cabling.
- Basic computer skills and good communication abilities.
- Willing to travel across Delhi NCR for installation and service work.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
