Role Description The CCTV Monitoring Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The person in this role will be responsible for continuously monitoring CCTV feeds to identify unusual activities, safety risks, and policy violations across VilCart facilities and operations.

Daily tasks include observing live camera footage, reviewing recorded video when incidents are reported, logging and escalating alerts to relevant teams, and maintaining accurate incident reports. The role also involves coordinating with security and operations staff,



ensuring cameras and systems are functioning correctly, and supporting investigations with explicit video documentation. This position requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to security protocols, and timely communication to help safeguard people, assets, and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong observation and situational awareness skills, with the ability to identify and report irregular or suspicious activity promptly.
- Basic technical proficiency in operating CCTV systems, video management software, and related security equipment.
- Good documentation and communication skills for maintaining incident logs, writing clear reports, and coordinating with security or operations teams.
- Ability to focus for extended periods, work in shift-based schedules if required, and follow security protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or facility surveillance is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification such as a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or safety is an advantage.
- Integrity, reliability, and a professional, respectful approach to working with diverse colleagues and environments.
