Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the ERP system.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements and optimize workflows.

- Manage ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, HR, and Manufacturing (as applicable).

- Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity across the ERP platform.

- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with vendors or internal technical teams.

- Plan and execute ERP upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.

- Train employees and provide ongoing support for ERP adoption.

- Monitor ERP performance and generate reports for management.

- Develop and maintain SOPs for ERP processes.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- 5 -10 years of experience in ERP implementation and management.

- Solid knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, ERPNext, or similar.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience in process improvement and business automation.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
