Role Description The CAT Faculty will design and deliver classroom sessions for CAT and related management entrance examinations, focusing on Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning. This full time, on-site role in Jamshedpur involves planning lesson content, creating and reviewing practice questions, evaluating student performance, and providing targeted feedback. The faculty member will conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mentor learners on test-taking strategies,



and support students through GD-PI preparation where required.

Responsibilities also include contributing to curriculum improvement, participating in academic meetings, maintaining classroom discipline, and fostering an inclusive, student-centric learning environment.

Qualifications

Strong conceptual understanding and teaching ability in Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability for CAT and similar exams.

Proficiency in exam-oriented content creation, including problem-solving approaches, practice questions, test papers, and solution explanations.

Classroom management and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and adapt teaching methods to varying student needs.

Mentoring and counseling skills to guide aspirants on preparation planning, stress management, GD-PI performance, and college selection.

Comfort with educational technology, online testing platforms, and AI-enabled learning tools used for practice and performance tracking.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; ability to explain concepts clearly and logically.

Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or related fields); strong academic record preferred.

Prior teaching or training experience in CAT or competitive exam preparation is highly desirable; fresh graduates with
