BELVAA MEDICAL CAREJOB DESCRIPTION – CARETAKER Position: Caretaker Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Department: Patient Care Reporting To: Nursing In-Charge / Operations Manager Job ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and daily assistance to senior citizens and patients. Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility . Support patients in walking, transferring from bed to wheelchair, and other daily activities .

Monitor and report changes in the patient's health, behaviour, appetite, sleep, or general condition to the nursing team. Assist nurses with basic patient-care activities as instructed. Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort of the patient and surrounding area.

Provide companionship and ensure the safety and emotional well-being of residents. Assist during hospital visits, physiotherapy sessions, and patient transfers when required.



Follow all Belvaa Medical Care policies, patient-care protocols, and instructions from seniors .

Maintain professional behaviour, patience, confidentiality, and respectful communication with patients and their families. EligibilityPrevious experience as a Caretaker / Patient Care Attendant / Nursing Assistant is preferred. Freshers with a caring attitude may also be considered.

Ability to work in shifts , including day/night shifts. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and comfortable working with elderly and dependent patients.
