We're currently looking for a dedicated and responsible Caretaker Couple to manage one of our premium properties in North Goa
Job Responsibilities:
As our on-site Caretaker Couple, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the property, including:
- Daily housekeeping and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Preparing rooms before guest arrivals
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensuring the property remains clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times
- Assisting guests with basic requests during their stay
- Monitoring the property and reporting maintenance requirements
- Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Maintaining hospitality, hygiene, and overall property standards
Requirements:
We're looking for candidates who have:
* A couple willing to stay and work on-site (Preferred)
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, homestays, or property management
- Basic English communication skills (Hindi is essential; Konkani or Marathi is an added advantage)
- A friendly, responsible, honest,
and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the property
- Flexibility to handle daily operational responsibilities
- Immediate joining preferred
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Candidates with any of the following skills will be given preference:
- Basic electrical work
- Plumbing
- Swimming pool maintenance
- Cooking
- General handyman or maintenance skills
