We use scientifically-backed assessments spanning 20 career clusters and thousands of occupations, paired with one-on-one counselling and mentorship.

About the role

We're hiring a host for a weekly, one-hour live series for students and young professionals. Most weeks this is a solo webinar you research, build, and deliver yourself. Roughly every two weeks, the format switches to a guest interview, where you'll host and question a professor or researcher from an international university. You own the content and delivery for both formats.

What you'll do

- Research and design a new 1-hour solo webinar most weeks — topics like choosing a stream after 10th/12th, engineering vs. medicine, career pivots, interview prep, studying abroad, emerging careers
- Roughly every 2 weeks, host a live interview episode instead: research the guest's academic background and work, prepare a solid question set, and lead an engaging conversation
- Deliver every session live on Saturdays via Zoom/Google Meet
- Run audience Q&A; on both formats and keep sessions interactive, not a straight lecture
- Coordinate with the Caristrra team on the topic/guest calendar and promotion

Help turn sessions into short clips or posts for Caristrra's social channels

What we're looking for

- Background in career counselling, psychology, education, or HR
- Comfortable creating your own content each week — not just presenting a script someone else wrote
- Strong interviewing skills: able to quickly research an academic's work and turn it into a natural, well-paced conversation
- Poised speaking with academics .
- Prior experience presenting, teaching, training, or hosting in front of a live audience
- Confident, engaging communicator in English (Hindi, Malayalam a plus depending on the week's audience)
- Comfortable with webinar tools , screen-share, slides, live Q&A;, hosting a guest on video call
- Can reliably commit to the same weekly slot, with some flexibility around guest time zones on interview weeks

Nice to have

- Past podcast, panel-hosting, or journalism-style interviewing experience
- A recording or portfolio of past sessions/interviews

Details

- Type: Part-time / freelance, remote
- Commitment: ~1 hour live prep, every Saturday (1 webinar every week, guest interview roughly every 2 weeks)
