We are hiring a Category Head with 10-15 years of experience in fashion retail to drive category growth, profitability, and market leadership. The role includes ownership of category P&L;, assortment planning, sourcing, vendor management, inventory optimization, merchandising, and consumer-led category strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in buying, trend analysis, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Experience in driving private labels and exclusive brand partnerships is preferred. Robust leadership and analytical skills are essential to achieve sales, margin, and inventory objectives.
