Role Description This is a full time, on-site Car Washing role based at Mahindra SM Garages in Bhopal. The role involves washing and cleaning the exterior and interior of vehicles, including rinsing, soaping, scrubbing, drying, vacuuming, and basic detailing of interiors.

Responsibilities include handling cleaning equipment and materials safely, following garage standards to protect vehicle paint and upholstery, and preparing vehicles for customer delivery. The role also includes keeping the work area clean and organized, following safety guidelines,



and coordinating with supervisors or service advisors to manage daily workload and priorities.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform thorough vehicle cleaning, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and basic detailing with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with car cleaning tools and products, and willingness to follow procedures to protect vehicle surfaces and finishes.
- Capacity for physically active work, including standing for long periods, bending, and moving around vehicles safely.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices, including proper handling and storage of cleaning materials.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Prior experience in car washing or automotive cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work full-time in office in Bhopal and adapt to varying daily workloads.
