Job Title – : Card Dispute Management Location – Chennai/Indore Senior Leadership Role with 15 - 25 years of Exp in BFSI Industry with relevant experience in Operations/Delivery/Consulting

Should be having the TL Exp, should be management 100 + team members.

Subject Matter Expert with extensive industry knowledge on Cards Domain To manage the client expectations, by proactively engaging in calls/discussions to understand the process requirement, planning out the work allocation plan, ensure timely completion and submission of tasks.

Ideally should have managed cards Disputes operations in a bank or BPO for 15 -25 years thus have a solid understanding of Disputes rules of schemes ( e.g. MasterCard , VISA etc.) along with experience in Acquirer (Merchant) On-boarding and Servicing activities
