Role Description

- The Car Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi/NCR.
- This role involves processing leads, engaging with online customers, understanding their needs, and consulting on suitable electric vehicle options and related services.
- The Car Sales Specialist will conduct product demonstrations, explain features and financing options, prepare and process sales documentation, and follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM,




- The role also includes staying updated on EV models and market trends, and meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales to understand EV products and guide customers through purchase decisions.

- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver a professional, helpful, and trustworthy experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Relevant experience in automotive or EV sales, retail sales, or consultative selling is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

- Ability to work at flexible locations in Gurugram/Delhi, including weekends and peak business hours as required.
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
