We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Cameraman & Video Editor to produce engaging video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, interviews, corporate videos, and promotional shoots. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete video production process—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities will be Video Production

- Plan and execute professional video shoots for reels, interviews, events, testimonials, product videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Operate DSLR, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, tripods, drones (if certified), and other filming equipment.
- Set up lighting, audio, and camera angles to achieve high-quality visuals.
- Capture creative B-roll and cinematic footage.
- Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and social media teams during shoots.

Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and color correction/grading.
- Optimize videos according to platform specifications and trends.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high production quality.

Content Collaboration




- Work closely with scriptwriters and content creators to understand video concepts.
- Suggest creative shot ideas and editing techniques that improve storytelling and audience engagement.
- Organize and maintain video files, project assets, and backups.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
- Strong understanding of camera settings, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound editing.
- Ability to create engaging short-form content for social media.
- Solid attention to detail and creativity.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Making, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and creative edits.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with drone videography (licensed operator preferred).
- Basic photography skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends and content formats.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
