Role Description The Caller role at Study Master is a full-time, on-site position based in Patiala. The Caller will contact potential and existing clients, share information about Study Master’s services, and schedule consultations or follow-up appointments.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, answering basic questions about visa and immigration services, and capturing accurate client details in internal systems.



The Caller will also follow up on leads, maintain call logs, and coordinate with counselors and the operations team to support a smooth client experience. This role requires consistent, professional communication, adherence to calling targets, and respectful interaction with diverse clients.

Qualifications

- Robust verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident telephone presence.
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls, handle queries, and provide courteous customer service.
- Basic computer literacy, including using CRM or call-tracking tools, email, and spreadsheets.
- Organizational skills to maintain call records, follow up on leads, and meet daily and weekly targets.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory communication style with clients and colleagues.
- Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Patiala and collaborate effectively with the local team.
