- Day-to-Day Operations Management: Oversee all daily operations of the cafe, ensuring effective service and smooth functioning.
- Staffing & Crew Management: Screen, hire, and onboard new crew members, ensuring they are trained in proper cafe operations.
- Employee Training: Provide comprehensive training to employees on the preparation of menu items, ensuring adherence to established SOPs for consistent product quality.
- Shift Management: Maintain updated shift-wise records of daily operations, including staff attendance and operational reports.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and high product quality.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Track inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure necessary stock for day-to-day operations.
- Financial Oversight:
Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure the cafe meets financial goals.
- Compliance: Ensure that the cafe complies with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in a cafe or restaurant management role.
- Experience in managing day-to-day operations of a food establishment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and guide staff in product preparation and customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of inventory and financial management in the foodservice industry.
