Role Description The Call Center Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about Brahm Estate’s properties and services.

The Call Center

Executive will follow standardized scripts where needed, capture detailed call notes, and update customer records in internal systems.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with the sales team for lead follow-up, resolving basic customer concerns, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders. The role requires maintaining a professional tone,



meeting daily call and service targets, and contributing to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on courteous and solution-oriented interactions.
- Clear and confident Communication abilities, including active listening and skilled telephone etiquette.
- Experience working in Contact Centers or call-handling environments, with familiarity in using CRM or call management tools.
- Basic Sales and lead qualification skills to identify opportunities and route prospects to the appropriate team members.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow processes and documentation standards.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment and meeting performance metrics or service-level goals.
- Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
