- Management Trainee – Buying (6 months to 1 year)




- Assistant Manager – Buying (2–4 years)
- Manager – Buying (5–8 years)

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job) :

- Develop customer-focused product assortments and range plans.
- Drive seasonal buying, product selection and range development.
- Analyse sales trends, customer insights and market opportunities.
- Identify product gaps and support new product development.
- Monitor product performance and manage the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Retail and Ecommerce teams.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competition and consumer preferences.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate in Fashion Management/Retail.
- Experience in Apparel Buying (Menswear/Womenswear/Kidswear).
- Open to working across multiple product categories.
- Strong analytical skills with valuable understanding of trend analysis and range development.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Passion for fashion and retail.
