Role & responsibilities

- Greeting guests as they arrive at the campus and directing to guest rooms
- Ability to provide guests with up-to-date information
- Anticipate guests needs and meet the expectations
- Prepare / supply basic beverages as per the need
- Delivering food from the kitchen to guests at the table or to a self-service area
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and get things done
- Inventory management & capability to handle other miscellaneous works
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with cleaning tools and chemicals
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and workflow
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Communication & cooordination with housekeeping,



kitchen staff or security executives in relation to the needs of the guests

Preferred candidate profile

- Valuable interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to work collaboratively, willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes
- Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards
- Prior work experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
