Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid client relationship and lead generation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Experience
- Business Development Executive: 0–1 Years
- Business Development Manager: 2–4 Years
